My passion is on the deal side, specializing in corporate finance. I develop relationships with the principles of public companies and help them find equity financing to help move their company forward.

In the private arena, I provide a similar service: introducing new companies to the financing they need to progress to the next stage and then helping these companies go public.

I am continually seeking new opportunities in both the private and public sector. Part of the value I bring to the deals I get involved in is my ever growing network of investors. Even in the current economic climate there are opportunities that abound and investors looking provide the financing to make these opportunities happen. My expertise is working with companies that need to grow and marrying them with investors who are interested in funding this growth.
